SHIPPING

We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.We offer free Standard or Economy shipping to the lower 48 states and ship within 2 business days of payment, usually sooner. You will be notified via eBay messages as soon as your items ship. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.

For shipping outside of the continental USA, we only use eBay's Global Shipping Program. The item is shipped to KY and then sent to the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Continue to 'check out' to calculate costs for shipping the item to your country. RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy for most of our products. You can request a refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. (Restocking Fee May Apply). Only factory defects are accepted as a reason for a return. In the case of factory defects, if available, we will replace the product for you. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original condition as arrived. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30 day limit has expired.
