  • This lot of postcards features vibrantly colorful New Year inspired art. Postcards have full color artwork with lovely embossed designs. One item is not a traditional postcard.
  • Postcards were printed in the early 1900s, and three have original stamps, postmarks, and correspondence.
  • Postcard lot includes:
    • "I send this New Year greeting" with a wintery landscape and holly accents and an embossed design. Includes original stamp and 1919 postmark. Originally sent to Greensburg, PA.
    • "Best Wishes" This is not a traditional postcard. Unique and colorful art of a blushing baby parachuting past Saturn. Back of card has cursive handwriting.
    • "A Happy New Year" with wintery moonlit lake scene and holly accents. Postcard is unposted but there is correspondence and address information. Intended recipient was in Seward, PA.
    • "To wish you a very Cherry Yule-tide and a Happy New Year" featuring a winter scene and holly. Includes original stamp and 1921 postmark. Originally sent to New Sheffield, PA.
Please enlarge and carefully review photos to judge the condition of these antique items. Post cards are beautifully intact, but do show reasonable signs of age and wear considering they are from the early 1900s. Really awesome pieces of history at a great price point! Thanks for looking! Post cards ship USPS Mail in secure, protective packaging. Post cards are stored in a clear poly bag and are sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard before being secured in a bubble mailer.
