Pair 1876 Cape Cod Avon Ruby Red Glass Roman Rosette Dessert Salad Plates NIB

This fabulous pair of 2 vintage 1980s Avon Cape Cod ruby red glass dessert or salad dishes are created in a gorgeous red pressed glass in the Roman Rosette style. They style is reminiscent of the early American pressed glass, known as "Sandwich."  This style of glass featured lacy, intricate designs, including the Roman Rosette which Avon made to commemorate the Philadelphia centennial.   I have three more pairs of these gorgeous dishes, so let me know of your interest and I will update the ad.  Measurements for this fabulous creation are:  Diameter=7-1/4 inches.  This fabulous pair of two dishes are new in box, have never been used and are in pristine condition, free from chips, cracks and other imperfections!  They are the perfect additional to your ruby or cranberry glass collection, particularly if you want to be the hostess with the mostess!
