PS Germany Porcelain Toothpick Pink Roses Artist Signed 2 3/8" T, 2" D widest.  Production date not known, best guess ca 1900.  Has two trademarks on the bottom one reads "PS Germany."  Artists name is not very recognizable.   Has two minuscule chips (less than 1/32" D on rim), condition - excellent (see condition category item 2 below) - no cracks, or crazing.

1.) Mint- Like New or New; 2.) Excellent- Used but near new with very minor wear, if any (small scratches or abrasions which are not very noticeable) 3.) Very Good- Used shows wear (scratches and/or abrasions) consistent with age of item; 4.) Fair - Shows considerable wear (many scratches or abrasions) and/or multiple chips and/or much cloudiness; 5.) Poor- Considerable wear and/or severe damage
