This item is brand new and box unopened in original plastic. I've simply changed my mind on the height as it's going in a loft conversion where the ceiling is a foot lower than downstairs and decided it would look a bit over powering.

It's a solely electric towel rail and dry element which is where a lot of them are heading now. Means they can't leak. Just plug in and go. Socket is reversible so can go either side.
