Items must be returned attaching a copy of the RECEIPT of purchase, in the absence of this document, the goods will not be considered under warranty.
The products to be returned THEY MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED, must be absolutely in the same conditions in which they were at the time of delivery and returned in the original packaging properly packaged which must in no way be damaged externally.
