Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.

Your order will usually be created within 1 working day... once created, postage will then be prepaid and arranged for collection from Royal Mail for the following working day. 

For example: If you make an order on a Friday... your order will be created and postage will be prepaid & arranged by Saturday afternoon... but, your order will not be collected by Royal Mail until the following working day, which is Monday morning/afternoon.

Another example: If you make an order on a Monday... your order will be created and postage will be prepaid & arranged by Tuesday afternoon... but, your order will not be collected by Royal Mail until the following working day, which is Wednesday morning/afternoon... Royal Mail handling & delivery times will only commence once the parcel/s have actually been collected. So even if you receive a notification from eBay that your order has been dispatched... it more than likely means that only a postage label has been created & paid for, but... the parcel will not enter Royal Mail's system until the following working day.

We, as well as Royal Mail... do not work on Sunday's or Bank Holidays.  

So we ask all customers to keep all of these facts in mind when ordering and to please be patient whenever ordering any of our personalised services.

Royal Mail are usually very good and are usually on time with their delivery services.
