Photograph Notes: One of four surviving Guild Halls in the City. It was built between 1446 and 1453, the brick facing to the upper floor being carried out in 1655. Listed Grade I. Between 1704 and 1946 it housed the York Blue Coat School. Now owned by the York Conservation Trust, it provides a variety of meeting facilities and also houses the museum of the Quilters Guild.
