Beads are about 8 mm in size and the bracelet can stretch to fit almost any size wrist.  Elastic is not a cheap material and will hold up well to normal wear and usage.  We do not recommend showering with this on as the Lava Stones are porous and could absorb soap/shampoo and discolor.

Comes with a custom bag to keep it clean and free like new when you are not wearing it.
