 In the unlikely event there is a problem with an item bought from us, we're on hand to help.

Please allow us the opportunity to correct any mistakes before opening a dispute with eBay.

 eBay disputes are very damaging to our business and do not lead to a swift resolution so please contact us first, we will be more than happy to resolve any problem quickly and efficiently.

We are keen to help and get the job right. Our eBay feedbacks echo our commitment to happy customers.

Items bought in error may be returned by giving us prior notice of their arrival and returned with invoice details.

Items returned in these circumstances must be returned at the buyers cost,  in their original condition and unused in the original, undamaged packaging and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Any damages or defects must be notified to the seller within 24 hours of delivery to enable us to take appropriate action.
