Off The High Street was first taken online in 2013 with a family history of ex branded clothing going back over 20 years. We are small business based in the northwest of England. As we are a small business we can offer you our customers a more personal experience when it comes to customer services. Our aim is to ensure you have a positive transaction from any queries purchasing to you receiving you order at your door.
We offer a wide range of clothing for women, men and children at a fraction of the cost to the high street. All our clothing is ethically sourced and mainly manufactured in both Bangladesh & Sri lanka.
We process orders on a daily basis except bank holidays and weekends.

24 Hour Delivery - £1.00 (Option At The Check Out)
We offer FREE shipping 48 Hour delivery on all orders!
Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 48 Hour).
If you order before 4pm your item will be dispacthed that day (Monday - Thursday) - 1pm (Fridays)
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
