This is a brand new exhaust manifold gasket that goes between the exhaust manifold and cylinder head on your Gen 2 MINI S with N14 or N18 engine. This gasket is not only the gasket, but also the mounting tabs and nuts for the turbocharger heat shield. Often those nuts are rusted or stripped and the heat shield can't be remounted. This replacement is the best option to fix that.
