The Milwaukee M12 Drill/Driver 2505-20 or 2505-22 is one of the finest Installation drill/drivers made for cabinetry, finish work and screwdriver applications. One shortcoming that Milwaukee failed to design into the drill/driver is a large enough surface area for the drill/driver to rest on in the upright position.
This shortcoming has been demonstrated in several YouTube comparison videos. The Milwaukee drill/driver is 'TOP/FRONT HEAVY" and will fall over while using the 4.0AH or 6.0AH Batteries.
I have designed a "Stability Stand/Bracket" that firmly attaches to the existing handle to create a substantial improvement in "Stability" in the drill/driver, which is critical when using the drill/driver on finish work like cabinetry or trim finish work.
Stability Stand/Bracket is compatible with the Milwaukee M12 4.0AH or 6.0AH batteries. The M12 1.5AH and 2.0AH are too short to be used with this Stability Stand. Please view my sale page for the Stability Stand that fits with the 1.5AH and 2.0AH batteries, EBAY item - 234184199391
I manufacture this Stability Stand/Bracket in the USA using the 3D printing process utilizing PLA Plus for strength and durability. The Bracket fits securely in place utilizing the existing mounting location for the belt bracket. Although the Stability Bracket is secure enough on its own, I provide a longer Torx screw to secure the belt bracket, if owner utilizes the belt bracket.
Stability Stand/Bracket is made in two color choices - - Black or Red!
