Dept 56 #54232 AL's TV Shop Building, Snow Village 1992 Christmas.

Excellent condition, comes complete with light and one extra TV antenna. There is one small place where the paint has chipped, which I tried to show in the photos, but over all in excellent condition! There is some wear to box edges from age.
