Towards the end of the war, the small fighter developments of Dr. Richard Vogt at Blohm & Voss clearly went in the direction of the easy-to-build and easy-to-fly Volksjäger demanded by the RLM. Based on the fuselage of the Blohm & Voss BVP 194, several designs were created that were propeller-driven or jet-powered. A small fighter design based on the BVP 175, which was presumably to be given the later number (BVP 239?), shows the fuselage of the BVP 194 and the supporting structure of the BVP 210. Three skids served as landing gear, two at the respective ends of the control surfaces and one below the engine. In itself, the design seems well thought out, but the large engine used would have eaten up quite a lot of fuel and thus shortened the duration of operations considerably. It is therefore reasonable to assume that the launch would have been in mistletoe drag. The design, of which presumably no drawing board picture exists to date, disappeared into the drawer again without a sound.
