This model is from my own collection, is new having never been on display and the box only opened to photograph. 

This was issued in 2006 by The London Transport Museum available only from their Acton Depot.

It was a limited edition, the quantity was not known and there was no certificate.

It represents GS64 on Route 386 to Hitchin in the London Transport Green livery

All original packaging is in place. The model is in mint condition and the box is as new with no damage.
