Measurements are taken with garment laying flat:

Chest: 14.5"

Sleeve Inseam:  1"

Length: 28"

FABRIC: 100% Cotton

   Dress is in good condition, there is a small hole on the back at the bottom of the seam.

Size tag says 12, but it runs smaller, so I put size 10!!!
