We are proud to offer our one of a kind Celtic Heart Cross designed as a Grave Marker.  Made in Wales from natural slate.  The name plaque will not rust.

This is designed as a temporary grave marker for the period in-between burial and the putting up of a permanent gravestone.  However, it is made from slate, a natural stone, and will provide many years of service.

You can use this in your garden of remembrance, or for urn burial.

I know that this is a sensitive time, and will endeavour to make this purchase as stress free as possible.

I have asked for 4 days production time, and then the courier takes 3-5 days for delivery (working days).

If you require this expedited them PLEASE let me know when you need it by and I will endeavour to put your cross to the front of the queue.  If this is the case I ask that you purchase the 1 day courier service as well.

Please provide me with the exact wording you require in the plaque.  Once we engrave, it cannot be re done, so please check the spelling and dates.

The name plaque is 12cm x 4cm approx.  I suggest that you put as few words as possible in this to keep the name large (see photos).

Our courier asks for a mobile and email so you can track the package, please provide these with the order.
