Returns and/or replacements will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer’s defect, not as described or is damaged during shipping, or is not as shown in this listing. All other returns will be case by case.  If you need an item returned or replaced due to a defect or damage during shipping, please contact us and describe in detail the problem. You will be contacted by email for return instructions. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.  All claims must be filed through Ebay in accordance with Ebay policies. 

 As soon as your return arrives at our offices, we will either place an order for a replacement (upon availability) or issue a full refund. Our customers will not be held liable for return shipping costs or replacement costs when it is defective, damaged or not as listed. If you are returning the product  for other reasons or on a case to case basis that we agree to accept the return you could be responsible for the return shipping cost.
