For all items: I only ship items with insurance,I cannot be held ACCOUNTABLE for damaged ir lost items once they are shipped. If by chance an item is broken I will give you all the information needed to file a claim with the carrier. I tend to Primarily use USPS but if the item is a bigger statue then I will use fedex. Buyer will fill out all forms with carrier. USPS pays directly to the buyer of the item once all the forms are either filed through the mail or online which is much faster! Once I pack and ship the item, it is out of my hands. All STATUES are shipped insured.
Minor imperfections or flaws are common since it's a handmade piece.
