I designed the cherry blossoms in a pencil case shaped like a shopper. With Velcro on the top and a zipper on the back, you can easily open and close it and take out things quickly.

HANDLING

- Handling days are Mondays to Fridays except Federal Holidays.  Orders made on weekends and federal holidays might not be processed until the next business day.

RETURNS

- Returns are accepted on case-by-case basis.  Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns.

- Qualified Top Rated Plus Listings: In the event you are received damaged, and/or does not match description with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

- When returning an item, make sure it is unopened, unused, and as received.  We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
