This is an English translation version of a Russian novel, "I Speak From the Grave" published in 1959. The English version seems to be scarce. It was published by the Foreign Languages Publishing House in Moscow. It is paperback.

The book appears to be a story of the suffering of Russian soldiers in World War II at the hands of the Germans. It is meant to acknowledge and honor the unknown soldiers who perished. It was written by Mikhail Parkhomov who was himself a soldier. "Writing of his comrades and of the front, he employs a stark realism that glosses nothing."

The book is 4 1/4" x 6 1/2". 196 pages.
