1.The item will be sent out within 1-2 working days after payment done.

2.We ship out daily, Monday - Saturday (excluding holidays), and in most cases the same day or within 24-48 hours from the time of payment.
Estimated 3 - 7 Business days (Not Including Saturday / Sunday). But it is hard to ensure like bad weather or big holiday or pandemic which out of control, even usps or ups can not ensure that ,if not delivery in time, pelase contact seller first .

2.If the goods is broken or damaged during shipping, we would like to check the photos of the items and parcel when received initially.

3.If the buyer orders the goods by mistake or do not need it, the returning shipping fee will be paid buy buyer. Because it is not our fault. Also we have been at loss with shipping cost and labour payment when a fully new item sent to custmers but not needed. Thanks for your understanding.

4. If the goods is defecitve or broken, we can send you the prepaid label and accept the returning for refund or exchage.
