PORCELAIN BOWL

GERMAN

c1890

A super piece from this highly collectable company this pretty and capacious serving bowl with its richly gilded rim is decorated with delicate sprays of flowers and seed heads typical of period and of the designs from the Springer and Company porcelain works. The pattern is Turgot. The Company formed in the 1880's and late became, and was one of the original members, of the famous Epiag cooperation.

This piece is estimated to have been made between 1890 and 1910 and is in very good condition without chip, crack or restoration and only a small amount of rubbing to the gilded rim.

Displays exceptionally well.
