has soft, felt-like binding and backing, with a little bit of batting on the inside for comfort.

Closes at side with velcro section, so its more of a fashion thing.

backside has an adjustable corset-lacing section, with a black satin ribbon running through bronze eyelets.

front has a Triangular ring riveted on to the center, to clip the matching leash on to.

Leash is also bronze, and about 31" long.

please note that this is for HUMANS, and for Fashion's sake; its fairly sturdy but not meant for really hardcore stuff. 

Collar adjusts between about 11 to 14" around, so good for ExtraSmall to Medium sized necks. 

can go a little bigger if you are willing to replace the ribbon in back with something longer.
