Payment

We accept payments utilizing eBay's Managed Payments system. Multiple payment methods are supported including credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
Missouri Residents: All Missouri residents are subject to MO State Sales Tax which will be added to your order automatically.
Immediate payment is required for all sales.

Shipping

We ship most items within 1 business day unless the item requires special packaging or the provided shipping address does not pass our verification system and requires attention. Shipment and handling time starts upon receipt of your payment.
Invalid shipping addresses may cause a delay or cancellation of your order. Please make sure your address is entered correctly.
If your item is large enough to ship via UPS you must provide a physical shipping address. We will not ship UPS packages to a PO Box.
We reserve the right to require a signature for proof of delivery on certain items. Your package may be sent requiring signature proof of delivery.
Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition.
Each individual package comes with a tracking number which is posted in the eBay system at the time the label is created.
We may combine multiple orders into one shipment. If this is the case, the tracking information will be posted to each order.
We typically ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for larger items. UPS is our preferred carrier for larger items.
If there are multiple shipping options for an item, you may select the one that fits your needs at checkout.
Items which are offered at Free Shipping may be sent by the carrier of our choice and will typically be sent via standard ground (non-expedited) delivery.
For expedited services, we would be happy to provide an upgraded shipping quote or ship the item using your carrier account; please make these arrangements immediately upon sale closing.
International buyers / International shipments: We no longer will ship internationally or participate in the global shipping program due to various reasons. We have made a few exceptions for buyers with excellent feedback on occasion. Please send us a message to discuss.
Shipping charges are estimated for the continental USA only. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, however additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you require shipping to one of these areas, please send us a message and we will adjust the listing for you. Most of our listings are restricted to the lower 48 states, therefore this is a necessary step to ensure we are controlling our shipping costs.
Recycled Packaging: We pride ourselves in being good stewards of the environment. This being the case, we use as many recycled boxes and packaging materials as possible. This practice saves our buyers money and allows us to offer the absolute lowest shipping and product costs possible. Please be aware that when you receive an item from us, the box or carton may be recycled and contain logos or other markings from previous use. We kindly ask that you also consider recycling shipping materials when possible. Thanks!

Returns

Return Policy Information: Returns are not accepted on "as-is" items. With the exception of items sold in the "as-is" condition, if the item(s) you purchased is/are damaged, faulty or in any way not as described in our listing you are entitled to a refund of your purchase price in the form of money back, (including the original shipping cost). Returns will be allowed and accepted under these conditions within 30 days of the date the item(s) was/were delivered to you. Please use eBay's messaging system to notify us of a problem and/or the return management system to request a return. Returned items are expected to be shipped back in a timely manner and must be received within 14 days of initiating a return request to be eligible for a full refund. Returned items must include all components originally shipped to you (including packaging, boxes, manuals, cables, and other accessories) to be eligible for a full refund. Returns for any other reason such as buyer's remorse, failure to read the listing description, dislike for the item or product, etc. are not valid reasons to initiate a return request. Returned merchandise for any reason other than "damage/faulty" or "not as described" may result in restocking fees or other applicable means of cost recovery including but not limited to shipping fees.
"As-Is" Items: These are items sold specifically as they areuntested, for parts, or otherwise noted in the listing. An "as-is" item from us will clearly say that the item is "For Parts or Not Working". Please do not inquire about returning "as-is" items.
