This art piece brings together two very well known American artisans, Wendy Schultz Wubbels and Carolyn Fankhauser (works of each can be easily found with internet searches). 

The cat silhouette was individually hand-cut by Wendy Wubbles, backed with a wood floor-look paper, and assembled with a hand-grained frame by Carolyn Fankhauser.  Signed and dated (2016) by Wendy.
