This is a simple but neat little oscillator to help you trade the markets. It is very simple to use and has plenty of punch. All instructions on constructing the spreadsheet and many examples are given in the printed explanation (PDF file), and sample spreadsheet you will receive. I will also send a file you can download into TOS as a study, i.e. no need to keep a spreadsheet! It's all done for you in and you just need to check/ load the study.
This unique tool was invented over 50
years ago by my friend Elgin Waugh, who uses it to trade the livestock
and grain markets. Elgin finds it to be a particularly outstanding tool
for the wheat and hog
markets. Most interesting, is that it is just as handy in the stock
indexes and other markets.

indicator daily, and in his younger years had an advisory service based
on it, i.e. markets don't change, no foolin'. Markets still respond to
a combination of actions and emotions.

My personal approach is to use the Waucillator as a trade confirming tool for my primary market timing techniques.
The simplest and often the best way to use it is to watch for overbought / oversold conditions, then when the oscillator, turns (up or down), act on it. It's a nifty way to top and bottom fish for regular trading turns.
