Orders received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday are normally processed that day. 

We utilize many warehouses throughout the US to ensure the fastest delivery.  Not all items will ship directly from our location in Ohio.  In some cases your items may arrive in separate shipments, don't be alarmed if only part of your order arrives, the others will arrive shortly. 

We ship items via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. 

Shipping is additional to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico, please inquire for a price quote.

We normally ship within 1-2 business days.  We will notify you via email if your order will take more than 2 days to ship.  Some items we sell are custom and may require additional time to complete.

All items we sell are new, unless otherwise noted.  We do occasionally sell used items we remove from vehicles we work on.  In that case, the item or items will be listed as used. 

We do accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.  All items must be new, not installed, in original packaging and include all original paperwork, installation parts and hardware. 

*Be sure to contact us prior to returning any items, items without prior approval will be returned to the sender.*
