We accept a FULL Return with return postage if items are:
Faulty, Doesn't work or defective
- must provide strong evidences prior to returning, specific photos or videos from buyers will receive a fast solution for buyers.
- we reserve the right to inspect the return item before issuing refund.
Arrived damaged
- must provide 3-5 photos showing damages sustained to the item and parcel box within 24 hours once RECEIVING, please inspect parcels thoroughly upon receiving it.
Wrong item sent.
Significantly different from descriptions or photos, or Missing parts or pieces (not as described in photos).

By providing a necessary details / infos, a fast resolution for buyers will be offered to such an unfortunate situation.
Please note that any kinds of "CHANGE OF MIND" or "Not seems an authentic item" as a reason of return will NOT be accepted.
All returned items must be in same original/resaleable condition before dispatching from us, which means, for example, any defects or damages/scratches which have been caused by improper installation, unauthorised modifications/connections/repair, in transit on return, etc., the item will be defined as not the same original condition, the return / refund will NOT be accepted in consequence.
