Sony VIDEO 8 CCD-M8U Handycam w/ Sony EV-P10U, ACP-80UC, BCA-80 & Hard Case.

The adapter works and powers on the player. The player eject doesn’t work with button press but if you press the button and put something thin around the cassette door it will pop open. Had tape in and the tape moved with the play button but not rwd or fwd. the adapter was put in camcorder, the eject button worked a little. The cassette opening tried to work but isn’t anymore. Once the lights of the camcorder came on once also. The charger light came on when the adapter was put in but would go off and on. The battery when plugged in to the charger made the charging light flicker and then go off. Basically there is life but very little. Needs somebody with know how to get it going.
