Large Vintage/Antique General Electric DC "Micro" Amp Gauge

Needle only seems to come home when you hold the the gauge horizontally

Thought it could be that way on purpose (Spc model) but have to sell as untested

Have not run any power through this because

 I am not familiar with this unit of measurement.
