Although my pics are terrible, this is a Vintage New Martinsville Crystal Dog Figure of a Police Dog / Rin Tin Tin which is actually very clear and detailed in person.  No doubt it is a German Shepard when you see it.   No Damage & has been packed away since purchased.  Measurements are in photo 2.    Questions, please do ask.  Thank you.
