This unusual ring by A. ROURE is made of 2 rings ( one yellow and one rose gold) which are joined together by a white gold 'link'. Inside the rose gold ring it reads "chut... 🤍     je t'aime" ( ssh ...🤍, I love you). Just as a sweet message or for an engagement .... either way a lovely thought to cherish. The ring weighs 7.5 grams. On the inside the name of the maker engraved in full  together with letter/ number combination and ringsize 51. Measurement shows ring to be slightly smaller than 51. I would say 50.5 (see pictures).
