VINTAGE 1992 KENNER 14" TERMINATOR ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER FIGURE VOICE & LIGHTS.

I believe this figure is complete, and in excellent condition considering it is 30 years old. But it doesn’t work. Cleaned out battery compartment but cannot get it to work. Arms rotate on shoulders- only articulation. See pictures. Will ship USPS Priority or UPS depending on buyer’s location.
