Returns

We offer a no quibble 31 day returns period. If you would like to return an item within this period just contact us and we will guide you through the process.

• Please wipe all data from the device before returning. Any passwords, PINs, iCloud or Google accounts must be removed, we will not process the return if we receive a locked device.
• We will not process returns outside of the returns period under any circumstances.
• Return costs must be covered by the buyer unless the item is faulty. If the item develops a fault within 31 days we will provide a returns label or refund your postage expense.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Before listing a device we test all features to ensure they are fully working. We also grade devices depending on their cosmetic condition. All devices will be fully working regardless of the grade.

What do our grades mean?

Excellent Condition

• The device will be in perfect condition and look basically new.
• There will be no visible wear and tear or scratches from 18cm.

Very Good Condition

• The device's screen will have no visible scratches or scuffs from arm’s length.
• The casing may have some scratches. But will not be dented, chipped, or have chunks of paint missing.
• There won’t be a large amount of scratches on the casing, or severe scratches.

Good Condition

• The device's screen could have marks and scratches, but none will be deep enough to be felt by running a fingernail over the screen.
• The screen scratches will not affect screens visibility.
• There may be slight dents on the casing or bezel.
• The device will not have heavy wear and tear, such as deep scratches, significant amount of scratches, or large sections missing paint.

Average Condition

• The device's screen will have obvious signs of wear and tear and may have numerous scratches which are deeper than surface scratches.
• The casing and bezel may have obvious scratches and dents, chips, and missing paint work.
• The device will still be in good working order. Will have no missing parts, or cracks to the screen.
