This listing is for a rare and original piece of vintage theatrical costume embellishment made by Noveltrim.

Noveltrim was a London based theatrical costume accessory manufacturer during the 1930s, 40s and 50s, and this is one of the sample pieces that would be brought out to give prospective customers an idea of the items that could be ordered and made by the company.  The original blue tag attached to item displays the catalogue number to enable ease of ordering.

This particular piece consists of a base of round golden beads, interwoven with vibrant clear green faceted beads and large white pearl beads. The piece measures approx. 120mm in length (including tassle) and 60mm in width.  This piece has only ever been used for display purposes and can easily be repurposed, either attached to an item of clothing as an embellishment or reworked to make a piece of jewellery.  Great condition and has been stored in a box with other pieces from the collection for the past 70 plus years.

The photographs in this listing form part of the description.  The item will be shipped in secure and appropriate packaging.
