TY Scorch the Dragon Error 1998 RARE basically new.

I found him at a flea market awhile back. Previous owner kept him in a blue tote with a bunch of other Beanie Babies
Sat on display in my room because I thought he was cute. 
Only real cosmetic flaw is a liiiiiittle bit of creasing on the hangtag(the one with TY on it ^^;) but from reviewing other sellers images that seems to be the norm
