• This product is 100 PERCENT customisation, for the geometrical and floral designs, we can do 12 colours that we have. (Black, Blue, Teal, Blue Turquoise, Green, Pink, Indigo, Grey, Orange, Yellow, White, Brown). 

• This piece is hand-made by skilled craftsman, slight irregularities in the resin and inlay may exist and because of this slight imperfections are to be celebrated and not considered to be flaws.

• The packaging of the product is done in a wooden box with proper cushioning to ensure that the product is delivered to you at its best condition. We use professional furniture packaging for delivery of large furniture pieces.

• Please bear in mind that photo may slightly differ from actual item in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the website. • To preserve your bone inlay investment – be gentle. As an organic material, bone inlay is porous, so it’s important to avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, keep it away from direct heat. An occasional wipe with colourless beeswax will keep the resin supply and prevent cracking. To clean, use a lightly moistened lint-free cloth, and dab rather than rub.

• We are based in Illinois and every product is specially made and shipped from India.

Cleaning Instructions:

Use a damp cloth to wipe the stains on the product and let it air dry. Do not wash the product under running water.

Conditions of Return:

•  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There may be additional shipping fees for international and domestic orders based on your location and the weight of your package.  

• PLEASE NOTE : The customer is responsible for all fees or custom charges that may be charged by her/his country. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the customs.
