WARRANTY:
All items are covered by a 30 day warranty unless stated otherwise or item clearly identified as faulty or damaged for spares or repairs.

In the unlikely event of an item developing a fault a replacement (if available) will be supplied.  Alternatively, a full refund will be issued.  In either case this is subject to safe receipt of item and internal investigation to confirm fault.

All replacement items/refunds will be issued within 3 working days of receipt of faulty item.

Removal of any warranty or security seals will void any given warranty.

PAYMENT:
If no payment or communication is received within this time an unpaid item (UPI) case may be opened.

SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped next working day, earlier where possible. 

RETURNS:
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase and must be unused and returned in the same condition they were received in.

Items should be returned with sufficient packaging to protect the item.  Any items received damaged or not in the condition they were received in will not be accepted.

Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method with delivery confirmation as we can not accept liability for items lost in transit.
In all cases buyer pays return postage.  Postage costs for returning defective/faulty items will be refunded.
