Dent removal tools from EDELMANN are well known in the professional field and are used worldwide in car dealerships, workshops, in the automotive industry, schools, museums and also by private users.

In the meantime, we have been able to expand our knowledge to many other areas. This includes 3d printer filaments, toys, brake bleeding devices, compressed air tools and much more.

On our 1000 square meter company premises there is space for 500 square meters of storage space, a workshop, office and a training room.

We consciously work together with many national and international companies to combine their know-how with our knowledge so that we can constantly improve our products.

Products

We have been developing and manufacturing special tools or improving existing products for many years now.

The "smart repair" product group, removing dents without painting, requires a certain amount of know-how and sensitivity. The most important formula for success is: adhesive, tension adapter, procedure and adhesive solvent must be right. If there is only one error in the system, you have very poor adhesion and cannot expect any success.
Our task is to provide our customers with a repair system that works in practice, where consumables and spare parts can be easily reordered and where the individual components are precisely matched to one another.

Glue, pull adapter, glue remover and procedure

In countless tests we have tested over 100 adhesive mixtures and from this we have created five individual types of adhesive for different applications.

A very special glue is the "HWS" which works in winter where other glues fail, but the glue should be stored in a cool place in summer because it is very soft.

Adhesive "HWS" Art. 6666 (winter glue)

This new type of hot-melt adhesive has excellent adhesion
on sheet metal and train adapter, offers absolutely new possibilities in the
Application and is ideal for the cold season and newcomers.
This is the first dent adhesive that you stick on too long

Use a glue gun up to a maximum of 120 W
Temperature range 150 - 190 °C
Open time tested 15 sec.

Glue "Hail Glue" Art. 64101 (summer glue)

As usual, this glue is a fast glue, here you have to
work absolutely cleanly and keep to the times. The ideal

Anyone looking for a train adapter is spoiled for choice. With the train adapters, it depends on what material they are made of, which is then reflected in the adhesion properties, cleaning and durability. A good pull adapter lasts 100-200 gluing processes small sizes also longer. The preparation of the train adapter is also very important, more on this under "Procedure".
