Essentially they are made in Italy from Dekam or Twinn-K, high quality metal (mostly brass) or wood (1 or 2 in plastic).

The vast majority of the stock is NOS but some bags spent some time on store/warehouse displays and might be still a bit dusty but the content is unaltered. From the pictures, you will notice that some bags contain small loose particles: these are probably shavings from the manufacturing process (molding or milling) and should not affect the usablity of the parts.
That being said, you are purchasing fitting bags as pictured and everything is sold AS-IS; if you receive something unsatisfactory I will do my best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
