This is 40 carats Australian Lightning Ridge rough opalized coral fossil specimens (see video below). These are three pieces from the same opalized coral fossil. The fossil opals display some colors on a grey/black base within matrix and host rock. (please note that the camera tends to oversaturate blue color, the blue is less bright in person).
