Stunning views of the sea and lakes. Relax with a drink on the private balcony as you breathe the sea air, hear the waves and watch the yachts sail by! There is one large communal pool and one children's pool, inside the exclusive secure grounds. The property is in a very handy place near many facilities, on the peaceful southern outskirts of a busy town, with easy access via the dual carriageway, and good public transport. Free air conditioning, broadband and English language UK TV channels, as well as channels in Spanish, French, German and Russian. It is just two minutes walk to the rocky seafront, and five or ten minutes walk to a wide choice of sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, parks and the big Aldi supermarket offering great value. Hiring a car is not necessary, but if you are driving, parking in the quiet street right outside is free, easy and convenient. There are many top golf courses, including Villa Martin and Las Ramblas, and other attractions nearby. You can walk or drive to beach restaurants, the Marina, and the bustling seafront promenade for tourists, in the town centre, with many wonderful eateries and first class shopping. Diving, fishing, water sports, boat trips, water parks, tennis and beautiful sandy beaches are available locally. Well equipped to a high standard with spacious living and dining room and open plan complete fitted kitchen including oven/hob/hood, fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The comfortable lounge area has internet, Satellite television with British, French, German, Russian and Spanish programmes, DVD player with a selection of films, and a stereo. For bigger families/groups, one of the sofas converts to a large double bed, and one to a smaller double. Spare floor mattresses if required. All the necessary sizes of extra linen, pillows etc, extra mattresses, and an infant travel cot are included free of charge. Sleeps 8 including the baby! The en suite double bedroom has the bathroom with large bath and shower over, bidet, and designer basin. The twin bedroom has access to the good sized secure balcony, which can also be entered from the living area. There is a second family shower room with a big walk-in shower. Furniture for balcony and pool side. Two lifts/elevators to choose from, from the ground floor to this 6th floor property, and the option of stairs.  Nearest airports are Murcia (RMU), informally also known as Murcia-Corvera, and Alicante (Alicante–Elche Airport: ALC). Alicante airport is 35 minutes approx. by road. Murcia airport is about 40 minutes.  Our keys and cleaning etc are looked after by a local agent, who can quote you a bargain price to arrange optional airport transfers by car, if you do not intend to drive. She can supply keys, welcome packs/groceries, equipment hire and other help at low prices, and answer any questions while you are there. We could also send you the keys and directions with full details in advance. The price INCLUDES air conditioning, internet, English and other languages television, power, cot, swimming, management, key holding and p&p etc. Plenty of clean towels and bed linen are provided. It will be freshly cleaned before you arrive. 85 euro is payable by you to our key holder while you are there, for cleaning, and laundry of the bedding and towels etc (or more for larger groups). This is for the final clean and turnaround after your departure. It's the only compulsory extra cost. Flights, meals etc are not included. We request a small returnable deposit for damage and keys.
