is the name of the Bing & Grondahl (B&G) 1975 Mother's Day Plate, featuring a Mother Deer (Doe) with her newborn Fawn.
The scene is embossed on Danish porcelain and hand painted in traditional Copenhagen blue under the glaze. Pierced foot for hanging wire. Appropriately marked on the back, including the three tower trademark of Bing & Grondahl. Diameter approximately 6 inches, design by Henry Thelander who created the designs for all the B&G Mother’s Day plates from 1969 through 1992.
