All items in my store are handmade by me. I craft my products by hand to very high standards using resin, plaster, polymer clay and a variety of other materials.

I create all products by hand, so it may take a couple of days for your order to be completed. Preparation of goods, good packaging and obtaining a passport

Since this is a manual work, a passport is attached to it. Without a passport, goods cannot leave the country.

In our country, handicrafts are tax-exempt instead, we are required to purchase a passport for our products (this takes 1-3 business days)

If you buy more than one item, a discount must be applied before paying for the item. This is not always done automatically, so please select the "Continue shopping from sellers" option after confirming your purchase and order the next item. When you're done shopping, select the "Total Request From Seller" option. Please wait for the correct postage discount combined invoice before paying

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required immediately after placing your order to ensure your order is dispatched quickly. Your order will be shipped within 5 days after full payment has been received.

SHIPPING

Please note that orders are shipped within 5 days of payment confirmation Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

(But usually I will prepare your parcel in 1-3 business days)

My items ship worldwide, so your package usually travels 2-4 weeks across multiple countries before you receive it. Sometimes it takes longer. If your order is not received within this time, do not panic or leave negative feedback as the delay may be out of our control (wrong delivery, loss or damage in transit). Please contact us and we'll figure it out.

Return policy

If the item is already damaged, you must keep the original packaging as the postal carrier may be asked to show it.

Call me or email me first for return instructions. The return address is on my About Me page.

As soon as I receive my return, I will return it or replace it as per your request.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive the item.

The buyer must contact us within this 30-day period to arrange a return.

The buyer is responsible for all return and packaging costs.
