All our items are Made to order and are Usually posted on the same day as purchased

We only send recorded delivery (2nd) so we know your items reach you in perfect condition

The image / Text are a full high gloss colour

All our mugs are Ceramic and are the standard size , 11floz.

The image is printed onto the Mug and is not a transfer , Even breaking the Mug will not remove the image

All our items are sent in special smashproof boxes for safe delivery and so you can give the mug as a gift

We never inflate postage costs , we charge £3.95 but actually pay £4.00 Royal mail increased prices at the start of 2021 but we did not.
