Beautiful Irish Provincial Solid Silver Teaspoon

Hallmarked ‘Sterling’ and dates between 1807 and 1821


In excellent condition. No dents or splits. The bowl has a lovely shape and defined edges.


The handle is monogrammed but it is unreadable


It is approx 13.7cm long and weighs approx 12.7g



Jane Williams was the daughter of the prominent Cork Silversmith Carden Terry. She married her father's former apprentice and business partner, John Williams in 1791. John Williams died in 1806 and shortly after in 1807 she took over her husband's position and the firm became Carden Terry and Jane Williams.
