Also reproduces the letter sent from the city council of Nice to the Massena Chamber of Commerce. Also tipped in is a typed letter from a senior management official at the Alcoa plant in Massena, which explains that this book is a reproduction of the book sent from Nice, adding English translations at the bottom of each page - reproductions which were given to each member of management at Alcoa.
