The outside sleeve and spine is really showing it’s age and is in poor condition.

The pages however are superb, no marks, rips or tears. The spine itself is intact and the pages are not loose.

The first few pages have some age marks and stains but the map pages themselves are superb.

A wonderful piece of work with a huge historic feeling to it.
